Following the great disaster caused by the February 6th Earthquake in our country, we once again realized how crucial it is to assess the situation of our rich cultural heritage in the face of disasters, especially in the land of Anatolia, which has been home to many ancient civilizations throughout the ages. In this context, we are organizing a Seminar & Panel on “Disasters in Our Country, Our Cultural Heritage, and the February 6th Earthquake” in collaboration with our university’s Cappadocia Research Center and the Department of City and Regional Planning. The esteemed academics invited as speakers to our event will share their knowledge and experience on the topic, which aligns with their expertise in their respective fields.
