Prof. Dr. Ezgi Demir Özer, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Ebru Köktürk Koralı, “Women of Gastronomy with Inspirational Stories” seminar was held at Uçhisar Art Campus Conference Hall. The Graduate Education, Training, and Research Institute Assoc Director attended the workshop. Prof. Dr. Sinan Akıllı, faculty members, and students were broadcast online via Microsoft Teams. Ebru Köktürk Koralı shared her life, the sources that developed her interest in gastronomy, and her knowledge and experiences.
Who is Ebru Köktürk Koralı?
With more than 25 years of experience in business development and branding, Ebru Köktürk Koralı has been building brand strategies and organizing campaigns, culture, art, gastronomy, and economy events. Koralı, who had a long business management adventure starting with Çubuklu Hayal Kahvesi between 1995-2010, has focused on Gastronomy for the last 10 years. She compiled the stories of women contributing to regional development all over Anatolia by shooting the documentary “Women of Gastronomy.” Koralı continues to work at Marka Sokak Advertising Agency and Sade Film Production Company, of which she is the founder.
