Hosted by Cappadocia University’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Application and Research Center, the panel and talk titled “The Intersection of Social Innovation, Culture, Viticulture, and Gastronomy” aims to bring together stakeholders to discuss innovative collaborations in the fields of social impact, cultural heritage, viticulture, and gastronomy.
The event will be held in partnership with KUSIF (Koç University Social Impact Forum), the Cappadocia Research Center, and the Molu Foundation.
