The results of the 2022 UI GreenMetric World University Rankings have been announced. Our university climbed to 352nd in the 2022 rankings, including 1,050 universities from 85 different countries.
The UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, an international ranking system that evaluates universities’ sustainability efforts, measures universities’ performance in categories such as “setting and infrastructure,” “energy and climate change,” “waste,” “water resources,” “transportation,” and “education and research.” The rankings are based on scores provided in the application survey and supporting evidence documents. Kapadokya University has been regularly participating in the GreenMetric evaluation since 2019.
Our university ranks 2nd among foundation universities in the “Transportation” category, 7th in “Energy and Climate Change,” and 6th in “Education and Research.”
