Applications are now open for the project competition, where gastronomy students can showcase their innovative ideas!

In this competition, students can present their projects in specified areas such as “Functional Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Gastronomy, Functional Foods, and Beverages, Developing Menus with Alternative Food Sources Supporting Biodiversity” and demonstrate their talents.

Five finalists will be selected from the applications. These finalists will present their projects to the jury. Based on the evaluation results, awards will be given to the top three students!

Competition Day: April 18, 2025
