The screening of “Once Upon a Time in the Future 2121,” featuring director Serpil Altın and producer Korhan Uğur, will take place on Friday, October 25, at 10.00 in the Oktay Sinanoğlu Conference Hall.
Synopsis: Due to the climate crisis and famine, the Earth becomes uninhabitable by the end of the 21st century. As most of humanity perishes, a small group of survivors builds underground blocks to live in. By the year 2121, the “Famine Laws” enacted by the Young Administration governing the colony mandate that the life of an elderly person must end to make room for a new young life. The life of a four-member family living in the underground blocks changes dramatically with the arrival of a newborn baby.
