Tournament Rules:
- Teams must consist of 7 main and 3 substitute players.
- In case of a tie, matches go directly to penalty shootouts.
- Matches are played in two 30-minute halves.
- Before each match, ID checks will be conducted for all players listed on the team roster.
- Any player receiving a red card cannot participate in the next match.
- Teams exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior will be disqualified.
- Participation fee is 200 TL per person.
- The participation form, completed by the team captain, along with the fee and individual consent forms filled by all players, must be submitted in person to the Health, Culture, and Sports Department.
