EurSafe 2026 will be hosted by Cappadocia University from 9–12 September 2026 under the theme “Agriculture and Food Systems: The Role of AI and Digitalization.” The conference will explore the role of artificial intelligence and digitalization in agriculture and food systems, with a particular focus on sustainability, ethics, food safety, and social justice.
The conference will address topics including increasing efficiency, safety, and transparency across agricultural and food supply chains; developing climate-resilient food systems; the responsible use of artificial intelligence; digital technologies in livestock farming and animal health; the future of automation in agriculture and its impacts on labour. In addition, topics such as environmental ethics, ethical food consumption, ethics in aquaculture, and social equity in agricultural and food systems will be discussed from an interdisciplinary perspective.
Bringing together international academics, researchers, professionals, and postgraduate students, EurSafe 2026 aims to contribute to scientific and ethical discussions on the future of sustainable, fair, and resilient food systems.
By bringing technological innovation together with ethical responsibility, EurSafe 2026 aims to create an international platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration on the future of sustainable agriculture and food systems. The conference will be held at Mustafapaşa Campus.
