Project SummaryOur project aims to compile the forgotten flavors of the Cappadocia region, one of the first destinations that come to mind when cultural tourism in our country is mentioned, into a book and pass it on to future generations. As a result, the visibility and value of the local cuisine will be increased. Traditional and regional dishes will be recorded as part of our history, ensuring they are preserved in the literature and not lost. In short, the outcome of this study will provide a valuable resource for the fields of education, history, culture, and science, thereby supporting gastronomic tourism in the Cappadocia region.
