Our university will host the Cappadocia leg of the ‘Climate Heritage Adaptations: International Graduate Student Workshop’ organized by TOBB ETÜ, which graduate students from various countries will attend.
The workshop will focus on exploring the relationship between climate change and culture, seeking climate-resilient solutions to preserve cultural heritage, developing strategies for adaptation to climate change, and encouraging collaboration among graduate students from different disciplines. The workshop will begin in the climate-sensitive region of Cappadocia.
During the event, students will explore World Heritage-listed sites, and the program will include workshops, field visits, fieldwork, and studio-based learning activities.
