Mother Earth Day and National Goods Week, organized in collaboration with Cappadocia University and Slow Food Cappadocia, will be celebrated with various events on December 10 at the Ürgüp Factory Campus, Cappadocia Montessori Preschool, and Mustafapaşa.
On December 10, this day is celebrated globally as Mother Earth Day to raise awareness about the benefits of local and seasonal eating and the importance of preserving biodiversity. During the events held on Mother Earth Day, our local producers, academics, chefs, and students will come together to taste regional flavors and gain knowledge about food production processes from farm to table.
