Who We Are
Established in 2023 under the Rectorate of Cappadocia University, the Sustainability Office works to reinforce our university’s leadership in sustainability and to integrate scientific research, education, societal contribution, and governance practices in this pursuit. Believing in the power of knowledge and innovation to achieve global sustainability goals, we shape our academic and administrative activities accordingly. As the Sustainability Office, our goal is to be a center that develops pioneering projects in the national and international arenas for a sustainable future, offers innovative solutions, and collaborates with all segments of society. Our primary aim is to achieve the necessary change for a sustainable world by working together with all our stakeholders.
Our Areas of Activity and Objectives
As the Sustainability Office, our primary areas of activity include supporting sustainability-related research within our university, developing sustainable campus management policies, raising awareness of sustainability within the community, and establishing national and international collaborations in this field. While enriching our educational programs with a sustainability perspective, we aim to produce sustainable solutions through our research and projects.
